STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Mix thoroughly before use. Separation or turbidity may occur below 0°C; warm to 30°C–40°C and stir until uniform.

Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Features and Benefits:

This additive utilizes steric hindrance to deflocculate and stabilize pigments. The strong steric hindrance effect prevents pigment and filler particles from settling under gravity and forming hard sediment cakes..Anjeka-6912 improves flow properties and allows for higher filler loading. It enhances the fluidity of well-dispersed pigment/filler systems, contributing to smoother and glossier surfaces in coatings or finished products. Additionally, it eliminates surface defects such as orange peel and craters caused by flocculation.

The addition of Anjeka 6912 ensures uniform pigment and filler distribution, thereby enhancing or maintaining the mechanical strength, hardness, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance of the final product. When used for electrostatic high-speed rotational coating with inorganic pigments, it significantly reduces haze.

APPLICATION SECTORS

It is recommended to use this additive for dispersing and reducing the viscosity of inorganic pigments and fillers in solvent-free/UV epoxy, unsaturated polyester, and similar systems.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

Dosage (as supplied):

Inorganic pigments (on pigment weight): 1%–6%

Fillers (on total formulation weight): 0.1%–2%

The above data are empirical, the optimal amount should be determined through a series of tests.

INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

For optimal performance, the additive should be added to the grinding base first, followed by the pigment.
