STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Separation and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Warm to 30℃ and mix well before use.
ATTENTION
The surface-treatment of some organic pigments may negatively affect the efficiency of the additive. In such cases, tests with the untreated pigment of the same type may be successful.

Advantages
Anjeka 6040 enhances the luster of organic pigments, intensifies colors, provides anti-flocculation properties, and minimizes haze resulting from uneven dispersion. Particularly noteworthy is its effectiveness in enhancing the dispersion of surface carbon black, leading to an improved richness of the coating's black color. Additionally, this product contributes to decreased grinding time, heightened productivity, and improved storage stability of the coating.
Hyperdispersants have become an important and indispensable additive in the field of coatings, inks and composites due to their efficient dispersing properties, viscosity reduction, stability enhancement and environmental friendliness.
RECOMMENDED USE
This additive is best utilized for dispersing pigments and inks within solvent-based coatings, providing stabilization for organic pigments, with a specific focus on enhancing the stability of carbon black. Its versatility extends to compatibility with various coating resins, including but not limited to polyester resins, polyurethane resins, and acrylic resins.
RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVEL
The amount of additives (in purchased form) is based on the pigment:
Organic pigments: 10%-50%
Titanium dioxide or inorganic fillers: 0.5%-2%
Inorganic pigments: 4%-8
Carbon black: 10%-30%
High-surface carbon black: 40%-80
The above data are empirical, the optimal amount should be determined through a series of tests.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For the best performance, the additive must be added into the millbase before addition of pigments. Do not add the pigments until the additive has been homogeneously and uniformly distributed.
