GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6062B is suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free systems, offering excellent dispersion performance and broad compatibility with various systems. It is highly recommended for universal pigment concentrate dispersion applications.

Chemical Composition: Solution of a high-molecular-weight polymer containing pigment-affinic functional groups.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Store in a cool, dry place. Mix thoroughly before use. Separation or cloudiness may occur below 0°C; warm to 20°C and mix well.
Storage duration is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
 
APPLICATION
This additive causes the pigment to flocculate through steric hindrance. Due to the small particle size of the flocculent pigment, it can achieve high gloss and enhance color intensity. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the covering power of opaque pigments are also improved. Due to the decrease in viscosity, the flowability is improved, and the pigment content of the color paste is increased.
 
APPLICATION SECTORS
Anjeka-6062B demonstrates good compatibility with alkyd resins, cellulose, chlorinated rubber, epoxy, polyurethane, polyester, and acrylates.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The following additions are based on the ratio of dispersant solids to pigment weight:
 
Inorganic pigments: 5%–10%
 
Titanium dioxide: 1%–3%
 
Organic pigments: 10%–35%
 
Carbon black: 15%–75%
 
These are empirical values; optimal dosage should be determined through testing.
 
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For optimal performance, add during the grinding stage before introducing pigments.
