ANJEKA-6810 is a block copolymer dispersant based on CPT technology, suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free systems. It exhibits excellent dispersibility and wide compatibility with various systems, making it highly recommended for universal concentrate dispersion applications.

Store in a cool and dry place. Before use, thoroughly mix, as layering or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Heat to 20℃ and mix thoroughly. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
Industrial Coatings
This additive employs spatial hindrance to de-agglomerate pigments. Due to the small particle size of de-agglomerated pigments, a high gloss is achieved, enhancing color intensity. Additionally, transparency of transparent pigments and coverage of opaque pigments are improved. The reduction in viscosity enhances flow properties and allows for increased pigment loading.

The following dosage is based on the ratio of dispersant solid content to pigment quantity:

The above data represents empirical levels; the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of experiments.
For optimal performance, add the dispersant before introducing pigments during the grinding stage.
