ANJEKA-4310-20X is a pre-dispersed polyamide wax in a solvent, designed to provide anti-settling properties and anti-sagging effects for pigments and fillers in coating systems.

Storage and Transport:
Keep away from heat sources and open flames. Store in a cool and well-ventilated area, ensuring tight container closure. Storage conditions should range from 0°C to 40°C (usable after returning to around 25°C). Recommended storage time is within 12 months.
 
Special Notes: If improper sealing causes the wax to dry, form a skin, or create lumps, remove the dried sections to prevent dispersion issues.

Processing Instructions:
ANJEKA-4310-20X anti-settling thixotropic agent requires brief dispersion to form the desired thixotropic structure. High-speed mixers are most appropriate for dispersion, using conditions with a line speed above 4 meters/second, for a duration within 60 minutes, and temperature control below 40°C, preferably within the range of 25°C-35°C, for 30-40 minutes. This ensures complete dispersion of ANJEKA-4310-20X while avoiding over-dispersion.
