GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-7412 is a highly effective silicone-based surfactant designed for water-based coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It dramatically lowers surface tension and provides excellent substrate wetting performance.

STORAGE AND HANDLING
May become cloudy or layered when stored below 5°C. In such cases, warm to 20°C and stir thoroughly until homogeneous.
Maximum recommended storage time: 12 months.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Exhibits long-term stability in coating systems within pH range 4–10.
To prevent cloudiness, incorporation of a small quantity of co-solvent (about 5% of total solvent content) is required in formulations containing Anjeka-7412.
In formulations with high co-solvent levels, the performance of this silicone surfactant may be reduced. In such cases, we recommend using Anjeka-7333 instead.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Industrial Coatings
Key Benefits:
This additive strongly reduces surface tension in aqueous systems, greatly improving substrate wetting and leveling. It shows little to no foam stabilization and has no negative impact on recoatability. The product does not enhance surface slip. For applications requiring increased slip properties, we suggest combining with or using Anjeka-7333.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION AREAS
Suitable for all types of waterborne coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes, provided a small amount of co-solvent is included.

RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVELS
0.05–0.5% of additive (as supplied) calculated on total formulation weight.
These are guideline values only — the optimal dosage should be determined by practical testing.

INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING
Anjeka-7412 can be incorporated at any production stage. For best results, we recommend adding it during the final adjustment phase of the coating production process.
