GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-4311-20X is a pre-dispersed polyamide wax in solvent that provides anti-sinking properties of pigmented fillers in coating systems and anti-sagging effects.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Keep away from heat and fire. Keep in a cool and ventilated place and keep the container tight. Storage environment is 0℃ to 40℃ (recover to about 25℃ before use). Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

SPECIAL NOTES

In case of drying, crusting or lumping of the wax paste due to poor sealing, remove the dried part to avoid dispersion difficulties.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Characteristics and advantages:

1. Thixotropic effect is better than general anti-sinking agent, it has thickening and anti-sagging effect on most solvent-based coatings, especially suitable for high film thickness coatings;

2. Keep viscosity stable and prevent pigment from settling. Even if there is a slight settlement, it is easy to stir well and will not be deposited at the bottom of the can;

3. It can help aluminum powder and pearlescent powder to arrange and locate, and enhance their glittering effect;

4. It is easy to be dispersed without grinding, and can be dispersed evenly by high-speed mixer;

5. No need to heat activation, suitable temperature range for dispersion (20-40℃).

Solvent-based coatings, solvent-based inks, UV curing, caulking adhesives.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

Anti-settling: 0.5-2%.

For anti-sagging: 2-5%.

The above data are empirical, the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.

INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS

Anjeka-4311-20X Anti-sinking thixotropic additive needs to be dispersed for a short period of time to form the desired thixotropic structure. The most suitable dispersing equipment is a high-speed mixer with a linear speed of 4 m/s or more, a dispersing time of 60 minutes or less, and a temperature control of less than 40°C. Especially, a temperature of 25-35°C and a time of 30-40 minutes are the best, which ensures that the Anjeka-4311-20X is completely dispersed, and avoids over-dispersing.
